The Great Lakes Aquarium located in Duluth, MN is a fantastic excursion during your time in port. Since 1989 the aquarium has featured animals and habitats that are commonly found in the Great Lakes Basin along with animals from other freshwater ecosystems. The aquarium is North America’s largest sturgeon marine touch pool. So instead of just viewing the Great Lakes from the bow of your ship, get an up close and personal look at what its like under the water. |
Exhibits include: Amazing Amazon, Aquatic Invaders, Baptism River, Critter Corner, Freshwater Forest, Global Connections, Isle Royale, Origins, Otter Cove, Raptor Ridge, Shipwrecks Alive, St. Luis River, Unsalted Seas, Wetlands and Wow of Water.
