Ponant's Worry-Free Booking Policy
In light of the current context, PONANT specially and temporarily eases its payment conditions as follow.
For 2024 departures: To confirm your booking: only 25% deposit is required.
Payment of the balance due: Only 30 days before your departure.
Full refund to be either in cash or Future Cruise Credit (FCC).
In case of a cash refund, client will be subject to a $250 per pax administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are subject to PONANT'S Standard Cancellation Policy

Booking - Within 15 days after booking is confirmed there will be no-cancellation fees for the cruise service.
15 days after the booking is confirmed to 181 day prior to cruise - $250.00 per person fee applies
180 - 31 days prior to departure - 25% of total cruise amount received in the form of a Future Cruise Credit.
31 days prior to departure date - No Refund
